Any “Anti-Aging” and “Vibrant Longevity” program must begin at the cellular level and here is why.

If we admit that all bodily functions are dependent on the "vitality" of our cellular system, the source of all energy, it seems logical to conclude that the health of our cells is necessary to maintain proper health and longevity!
Nutrients feed our cells and are necessary for all bodily functions – whether it is to raise a finger or form a single thought. All energy is created at the cellular level. Recognizing this basic principle of how the body functions, the key to health and longevity is rooted in identifying what positively and negatively affects cells.
Scientists have identified elements that are at the core of cutting-edge efforts to slow aging and maintain vitality. These elements (anti-aging program) are the markers of aging and disease.
Cell damage can be due to physical, chemical, infectious, biological, nutritional or immunological factors. Cell death (Senescence) occurs when the severity of the injury exceeds the cell's ability to repair itself. The most notable components of the cell that are targets of cell damage are the DNA and the cell membrane. To better comprehend what causes cellular damages (aging and diseases) we also need to fully understand “chronic and silent Inflammation” and the role of “Antioxidants” in our body.
