II. Craving type (PMS-C)

Produces food cravings with headache (especially sugar), fatigue, dizziness, and palpitations. It is associated with low prostaglandins and low blood sugar. Avoid table salt and eat smaller, more-frequent meals without simple sugars and starches.

III. Depression type (PMS-D)
