Intestinal support, provided by Non-GMO certified, ethically sourced psyllium fiber from India. Traditional Ayurvedic practitioners have honored psyllium for hundreds of years.
- Supports elimination & regularity
- Tested for safety, purity and potency
- 100 caps
HOW IT WORKS
It has one of the highest levels of soluble fiber known—much more than that of oat bran. Encapsulated psyllium hulls are a convenient way to add essential fiber to the daily diet.
Psyllium hulls can play an important part in helping the body maintain cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range and may help to support cardiovascular health.
WHY PSYLLIUM HULLS?
We get our non-GMO-certified psyllium from a trusted partner in northwest India where the climate is perfect for this crop. There, local farmers sow it in spring as long as the monsoon rains don’t threaten.
After harvest, plants are processed nearby, and the seeds are taken to local markets for trade with companies that harvest the tiny hulls. The fair pricing agreements we have in place via our partner allow growers to provide for their families.
RECOMMENDED USE
Take 2 capsules with at least 8 oz. water with a meal twice daily.
NOTE: May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
